Savor a Bocadillo, a hearty sandwich with your choice of fillings like Longaniza sausage, bacon, sauteed onions, and more, complemented by a coffee, wine or beer, and finished with a Cremat, a local concoction of coffee, dark rum, spices, and citrus.

Next, we visit the most remarkable secret arts museum in Valencia and see the works of Caravaggio, El Greco and an authentic manuscipt from Sir Thomas More, Lord Chancellor of England during the reign of Henry VIII. After we visit the City of Arts and Sciences: one of the wonders of the world or visit the amazing Ninots Museum to view the children's fallas statues saved from burning during the traditional Valencia fire festival each year.
